Orphan Care Alliance Serving the fatherless.....One RACE at a Time! Established in 2005, Orphan Care Alliance (OCA) is a network of families and agencies that span around the world and volunteers that represent several evangelical churches that stand together with one voice and one heart determined to change the world by serving the fatherless, one need at a time.

We meet those needs through three key areas:  Advocacy, Family Support Ministry and Local Outreach to fatherless children.   We also focus on financially helping families to adopt domestically or internationally, as well as supporting children in our community through the families and institutions that care for them through mentoring, respite, and goods.
