| 11 am - 9 pm: | Bluegrass Family Health Expo Continues at the Kentucky International Convention Center. |
| 11 am - 11 pm: | Chow Wagon featuring free live music @ Kroger’s Fest-A-Ville on the Waterfront. |
| 5:30 - 8:30 pm: | Pasta Dinner & Live Music. Tickets available on entry form, $9 adult, $6 children. (Tax included) |
| 9 pm: | Derby Festival Great Balloon Glow. See 50 hot air balloons glow against the night sky at the Kentucky Exposition Center. |
Saturday April 24th, 2010
| 5 am – 6:30 am: | Shuttle busses from Downtown Louisville begin to take runners to the start. |
| 7:15 am: | All runners report to start line. |
| 7:25 am: | Wheelchair participant Start |
| 7:30 am: | Marathon/miniMarathon & Relays Start |
| 10 am: | POST RACE PARTY BEGINS! |
| 11 am: | Live horse racing begins at Churchill Downs (Home of the Kentucky Derby). |
| 11 am - 11 pm: | Chow Wagon featuring free live music @ Kroger’s Fest-A-Ville on the Waterfront |
| 1:30 pm: | Finish Line Closes |
| 2 pm: | Post Race Party Closes |
