Welcome to the Jewish Hospital Sports Medicine Healthy Lifestyle Training Program. The program offers many choices for both those individual in the Louisville area, as well as those around the world.

For those of you in the Louisville area, looking for a group to train with, we offer the Jewish Hospital Sports Medicine Healthy Lifestyle Training Program. This program will have a meeting where you can meet with Fitness experts, as well as Saturday group runs that will guide you through your weeks of training for the Derby Festival miniMarathon or Marathon.
