The goal of the training program is to get members of the community involved in a fun and healthy sports related activity, running. Our training program is designed to target novice, intermediate or advanced runners. Depending on which category you belong, you can tailor our program to fit your needs.

Let’s begin by defining the difference between a novice runner and an experienced runner. A novice runner is someone who is able to run three miles three to four times a week and possesses a basic fitness level. An experienced runner is capable of running 30 to 60 minutes per day, five to seven days a week. Most experienced runners participate regularly in competitive runs. Now that we have defined a novice and intermediate runner, we will explain each category’s training regimen in more detail. This should help you determine how to adapt our training program to fit your needs and set realistic goals.
