Directions to the Louisville Science Center or Louisville Slugger Museum
Meijer Derby Festival Marathon/miniMarathon
April 28th 2007 until 1:30 p.m.

From I-64 East: Cross the Sherman Minton Bridge. Take Exit 4 at Roy Wilkins / 9th Street. Turn left on Market and left on 8th. A city parking garage is located directly behind the Slugger museum on 8th. Park and walk one block to 7th and main.

From I-64 West or I-71: Take 3rd Street Exit Ramp off I-64.  Head South on 3rd Street to Main Street and turn Right. Follow Main Street past the Louisville Science Center, turn left on 8th. A city parking garage is located directly behind the Slugger museum on 8th.

From I-65 Southbound: Take I-64 West to 3rd Street Exit Ramp.  Head South on 3rd Street to Main Street and turn Right. Follow Main Street past the Louisville Science Center, turn left on 8th. A city parking garage is located directly behind the Slugger museum on 8th.

From I-65 Northbound: Same directions as above.

From the Highlands - Follow Bardstown/Baxter Ave. to Broadway. From Broadway, turn right on Brook to Liberty. Turn right on Liberty and the I-65 North ramp will be your next right. Take I-65 North to I-64 West.  Take 3rd Street Exit Ramp off I-64.  Head South on 3rd Street to Main Street and turn Right. Follow Main Street past the Louisville Science Center, turn left on 8th. A city parking garage is located directly behind the Slugger museum on 8th.

Due to Road Closings for the Marathon you will be forced to head Southbound on 8th Street at the corner of 8th and Main. To Leave the Science Center, head southbound on 8th to Jefferson. Turn right on Jefferson, then right on 9th. This will give you access to I-64 and any other expressway.
